We recently signed on with a home warranty company and had to call them when the A/C stopped working. Of course another A/C company was called in and they did nothing, except say we needed a new system!!!! hmmm Valerie at Shiver went out of her way to provide us with all the necessary documentation to the warranty company regarding the upkeep of the system.
