"The ONLY A/C Company I will use from now on! I've tried to have my a/c unit serviced by the company that installed it, the heat wasn't working, the unit is a heat pump. Over the past 3-4 years the original company was here trying to fix our system during cold weather times and whatever they did only worked for a short period of time. Always cold in the house during the cold times, not good! After almost $500 last year and still no heat...?? Searched the BBB for an accredited company in my area. The tech arrived on the time scheduled, a plus already, diagnosed the problem in a short amount of time, very knowledgeable about our system. The other company said it was this, and then that, but never found the real problem. Mike knew quickly that the problem was a bad motor in the air handler, a problem he'd experienced before. He returned the day after with a new motor, checked all info on warranty, and we actually received a $300 refund check from the company! How many companies will actually send money back to you after you've already paid them? Truly an honest, reliable company. I recommend Shiver Air 100%!"
